Overall works great! Can't believe I've been working out for years without having these. Very simple to use for simple outdoor workouts. Great for isolated shoulder workouts.

Started with 3 bands and handles about 3 years ago. Bands tend to break over time so I liked you could replace only that. Bands have held up great, added 2 more bands in this purchase. Handles are great quality too, and can combine bands to get to other weights. Love this system!!

I've used this brand of exercise bands for over 8 years. They're sturdy. After 5+ years and tons of use, most of them finally broke, and when they did, the safety cord inside kept them from snapping and hitting me in the eye or something. Therefore, I'm comfortable continuing to use them, and recommending them.

Bought these to help with assisted pull-ups, the clips made it easy to attach to the bar without having to tie anything. The clips are on the smaller side so just make sure theyre wide enough for whatever you're putting them around.

This band is super thick and doesn’t seem like it would ever rip. Almost overkill for a resistance band. Definitely feels like it is 100 pounds of resistance.
