New Option
1 st time trying the yellow band , it is quite strong which I can work my way up. There is always a chance of any band breaking which I am hoping this last for awhile

Tough Tube
I use this for static stretching and to make bodyweight exercises a bit more challenging .The carabiners make it easy to attach or just hook to itself .Really tough material and comfy to work with due to it's tubular construction.
