Impossible To Assemble

I got this for Christmas and the bolts won't tighten. I'm about to throw this thing off the roof

Fairly Easy Assembly, Sturdy

I have weights from 2lbs up to 25 lbs. The smaller weights do have to carefully balance on the stand, but it is doable. I use the top shelf to hold kettlebells and the arms on the side to hold resistance bands.
