A Must Have For Any Swimmer

This is without a doubt a great item. It will help keep your legs together when swimming for maximum support and help you train yourself to be a better swimmer.

Floats Too Much

Not happy with this purchase. Although I used it appropriately, the buoyant force is too strong and pushes my legs too far up past a comfortable level. Instead of getting a workout my back gets curved too much and hurts me.

Good Float

It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Working out well in the pool. A little higher in price that one I found on-line, but I wanted to see it in person and ended up buying it.

Swimming Buddy!

This has a nice contour for swimming laps with one end larger than the other,so it does not slip out.Like to use it for training myself how to swim faster, it helps me keep the right form,

Why Would This Need Reviewing

This reviewing stuff is crazy. This is a foam float, it floats, the shape fits between my legs. The cost was reasonable. Ok?

Recommended By Swim Instructor

I was learning how to swim the crawl and my instructor reccommended I get this to isolate my legs so I could concentrate just on my arm movements and breathing. It helps a lot. I also used it once to do the backstroke when my legs were too tired from a hike to do any kicking :)
