Nothing Special About The Quality. Over-priced.
I bought this as a gift. I have fitness gear similar to this. Though mine was less expensive, it is better in terms of the variety of devices in the set and quality of the construction. This is an example of a product of low value having a very high markup.

Great Bag Of Goodies!
It was nice to have the option of dropping or raising the resistance within my arm work out. These bands are made with quality materials and seem like they will last quite a while!
