Care And Owner's Manual Needs Serious Updating.

I bought this today as I have decided I need to get back into some shape other than round. After getting home and unboxing the ball, I read the owner's manual concerning care, maintenance, and cautions/warnings. The last warning mentions that the medicine ball may deflate. Ok, no worries .... oh wait ..... there are NO instructions on how to re-inflate the ball or what pressure is recommended? I contact customer service chat and find out that the "needle hole" for inflation actually has a plug in it that needs to be removed. Guess what??? NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR THAT EITHER!!! So, I am giving this equipment 3 stars due to it seeming like it will be a decent exercise tool in the fat burning arsenal, but the owner's manual is SERIOUSLY lacking in much needed information. Maybe the manufacturers can remedy this issue.
