Way Too Small And Lightweight For An Adult

Oh my gosh, I cannot believe an adult male gave a good review on this bench. I’m 5’9” and the weights on the bar barely fit on the outside edge of the stand and your hands I have to go weigh in from the bench press position to bring them between your shoulders to set it on the bar it’s way too narrow built like for a 8 to 10-year-old maybe it should say junior weight bench totally not for adults. I am returning mine they should use it for display so someone could actually try it out before they buy it. But on the other hand, it’s a great price and you get what you pay for. And I think it would be a great weight set for some young or small individual. But I also believe it should be advertised as such.

Nice, Simple Setup

It was easy to assemble and everything seems sturdy. This is exactly what we were looking for. The included weights cover our needs. It’s nice we can do both leg and upper body exercises with this kit.

So-so. Decent Value For The Price.

If you’re looking for a very basic bench set that can only handle light to light-moderate weight, this works fine and is a decent value for the relatively low price. Feels a little cheap and lightweight materials, but okay for a young teen or someone who only wants to bench under 100 pounds.

Cheap And Low Quality

Bought this thinking it would be a decent bench however the bar is super light and feels unsafe to use. The bench itself feels flimsy and cheap. In fact the bar is so light that the clamps are only an inch in diameter.
