These are standard for typical home gyms. Good plates with perfect grip holes. Just a bit pricey I think for some basic plates, thought the value could be a bit better

Just What My Husband Asked For To Help Him Lift A Giant Amount Of Weight

My husband asked me to get these 2.5 lb weight plates for him. 2.5 lbs might seem awfully light (it did to me) - especially for a man regularly lifting well over 150 lbs. But apparently they're used for progressively adding weight in small increments so that he can eventually lift 250 lbs. Why would he want to lift 250 lbs? I'm still not sure - I think it's a guy thing. I love him even if he can't lift 250 lbs.
