I bought my belt a few years ago for my aqua fit deep water class. It performs like a champ. I am ordering a new one today!

I bought this yesterday (Tuesday, July 8, 2025) and I'm returning it today. It doesn't keep my head above water and the clasp doesn't work correctly. The clasp pulls apart under the slightest pressure. The clasp could be opened with no problem by a five-year old and when the clasp is placed on waist for a snug fit, as is necessary for a flotation device, the clasp opens on its own.

I just bought this water belt and tried to use it today. It does not provide enough buoyancy to keep my nose and mouth out of the water. I'm a 190 lb. male. I have used a water belt made by Speedo for about two decades. So I have plenty of experience doing deep-water aerobics.

I constantly was pushing it in place. It kept moving upwards on my waist. I will be returning it.

This aerobic water belt helps lift my weak lower body in order to allow my legs to kick better while swimming laps. I am very pleased with this belt. My age is 78 which is not a choice under age.

Very comfortable, has held up in ocean & pool swimming. I swim alone sometimes and although I am an excellent swimmer I really enjoy the security & safety of having it on. I’m a large adult and the buoyancy with this is perfect for me . I’ll bring it in Caribbean vacation again, it’s lasted surprisingly well . Perfect for a buoyancy aid, not familiar with use for water aerobics.

I just laughed when I took the belt out of the box. The belt wouldn’t help a 70 pound triathlete stay buoyant. It is flimsy and would get waterlogged immediately. Pretty sure the manufacturers are not in the swimming business.

Very comfortable and easy to wear in the pool but only offers average flotation assistance. For a taller or larger person I think it would not be able to keep them afloat.

I had a fairly significant knee surgery and use this to do aqua running do help with cardio and perfusion. I was skeptical at first and look like a lil old lady using it sometimes, but it's great for rehab!

I purchased for my 84 yr old mom to use in a lap pool. Supported her well and allowed for ease of movement.

I bought this water belt one year ago and have used it twice a week for water classes. Only now has the nylon belt begun to twist, fold and malfunction. I'm going back to Dick's to buy a new one!!

I water jog regularly and was looking for a new, softer swim belt. While this model is soft, it is NOT buoyant! I am 130 lbs and it barely kept me above the water like other belts do. The foam is cheap sponge that degrades quickly. Back to my old belt that's not super comfy but buoyant.

The water belt serves its purpose well. I use it in an outdoor pool for water aerobics.

I bought one for water aerobics. I needed to be suspended in water due to a foot injury. One did not keep me afloat, so I bought 2 and they attached together nicely. I weigh 185. I absolutely love it now.

I bought this for water exercise. It did not support me with my head above water at all! I am a small woman. What would happen to someone with a 56 inch waist as the belt description claims?
