Great For A Water Workout

We recently put in an inground pool. I was looking for a way to enjoy it and do some strength training at the same time. These dumbbells are great for that.

They Work - But There Are Some Quirks

This are okay, but kind of a pain when you are moving from one exercise to the other. Resistance is supposed to be adjustable - you need to move the position of the floats to change resistance - kind of awkward when trying to keep up in a water exercise class.
