Resistance Training

I wish the spinner in the center held in position. I find holding it still with my thumbs keeps it in place. I love working on my kicks and have improved by pushing this ahead of me.

Easy To Use

I have been using three weeks and lost 14 lbs Easy to use and tones arms, chest and back.

Geriatric Product

Bought for use by my husband. No resistance and little benefit for him. Returned it to Dicks.

Dial Design Flaw

I bought this thinking it would be cool for my family to add resistance training in the pool. As the other reiviews stated, the dial to increase or decrease resistance moves to a wide open position and stays there when it is submersed in water. DSG normally does not tqke a return after it’s been in the pool but it is clearly a product flaw. I then tried the Speedo plate, because it happened to be at the pool and that works well because of the extra handles. I don’t work for Speedo and am writing this free of related sponsors.

Did Anyone At Dick's Test This Device? It Doesn't Work!

I agree with the other customers who have written that the adjustable resistance dial doesn't work. You can set it but once it hits the water it opens up fully, providing minimal resistance. This reminds me more of a cheaply made toy than an actual resistance plate to be used for serious exercise. Received it as a gift and I'm taking it back to the store today for a refund. Truly awful.

Almost Perfect.

I love the idea and the product. However, the only issue with it is the dial changes as the product is being utilized. Please create the option for the dial to stay in place when set to higher resistance.

Terrible Product!

I bought this a few days ago and was so excited about having a resistance product for the pool. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work the way they say it does. If you set it to a high resistance, it immediately opens up to the least resistance setting when you begin to use it. The result is a poor quality resistance product, even at the lowest setting. Returned it the next day.

Setting dial wouldn't hold its setting. Kept slipping to other spots

I brought it to use in my Swimspa but couldn’t get to do the exercises I wanted to do.
