Its Ok.

This vest basically improved the strength of my swimming strokes. Which in turn improved my speed. It does require the swimmer to slightly adjust your breathing technique. Overall, I do recommend it but just as the product is named, it strictly is a resistance vest.

Effective

Definitely does work. I really do like it and will be using every time I swim. Only negative side was that it gave me a rash on my rib cage from it rubbing. Besides that, it works good.
