One Of My Favorite Hats.

I've had this thing for at least a year now. While the hat may lose its shape through normal wear/care, it maintains its usefulness and visual appeal. It is more expensive than typical nylon/acrylic/polyester hats, but much, much warmer. I don't think I'll ever go back to cheap, pilling-laden beanies. I received the olive green color as a gift a year ago and still wear it regularly. I ended up buying one for each of my siblings. For anyone wondering, this hat can be worn unfolded (slouchy style) which is how I usually wear it.

Wouldn’t Use This If I Got It For Free

This beanie might work well as a hat in the city - but I bought it for trekking in wetter climates hoping it would keep me warm when wet like other wool pieces I have. In less than 4 days it had completely lost its shape, and when I followed the washing instructions on the tag (no dryer) it shrunk to a comically small size. I have other fjallraven pieces I love but this one is a complete bust.

Perfect For Inside And Spring/fall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the shape of this on my head. Nice and round with no "reservoir tip". Great for indoors and outside in cool weather. The orange is a very nice earthy color not bright.
