My Favorite T-shirt

These are my favorite shirts. They fit very well, and because they are wool, you can wear them multiple days on a hiking trip or travel without them smelling or feeling dirty. I have all the colors but wish that it was made in a light grey or in more lighter color options.

Light Weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this shirt in a medium being a 6 foot tall 175 pound male and the fit is what most people would call sport like. I like that it’s a little long because most medium shirts are hardcore belly shirts when I pick my arms up a little. (I’m not that type of guy) If you are than this shirt might not be for you. I have a snap button shirt this will go under on my backpacking endeavors this summer. It seems like weight enough to be worn under something without being too hot but I guess we will see. Being light weight makes me skeptical about its ability to resist wear and tear, however I can’t speak from trekking experience.

I've worn it to mtn bike and hike. taking the dog for walks and hikes it performs great. wicks well when I work up a sweat and works great as a base layer.

Good Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to buy Icebreaker only when purchasing merino wool shirts. But FR produced lately nice and reasonably priced merino wool shirts. The quality seem on par with Icebreaker. The only problem is the color. It doesn't look like much in the picture but in reality it is even more blah.....well, since I wear it usually as a base layer, I don't really care.

This is the PERFECT shirt for warm weather trekking. The super soft merino wool fabric helps wick moisture and keeps me smelling fresh while I'm out on the trail and won't stink after a long day, it also helps keep me cool. I wish more brands would recognize the amazing properties of wool, it's not just for winter!
