Lightweight reinforcement jacket with synthetic insulation for winter activities. A versatile reinforcement layer that provides extra warmth under a shell jacket, and also works as an outer layer in milder conditions.

I’ve had this jacket (Deep Forest colour) for a year now, and from day one, it became my favourite. As an active climber in the Alps and the UK hills, I want to give some honest feedback. Pros: 1. Lightweight 2. Very stylish—great for city wear Cons: 1. The sizing runs small, so you’ll need to size up. Even then, the collar feels tight around the neck when zipped up. 2. The zip constantly pulls open from the bottom during any activity—I’ve found that it opens up about a quarter of the way on its own. 3. It has zero water resistance. Even in light rain, I experience water ingress between the baffles on my back. The insulation also separates completely under the armpits, allowing water to seep straight through. Despite Fjällräven's claims, this jacket offers insulation in wet conditions. I’m a huge fan of Fjällräven gear, have loads of it—it's usually high quality and built for extreme conditions. However, something went wrong with this jacket, whether in design or testing. For the price, it simply doesn’t perform as it should.

Interesting to see the various issues around clumped filling. I've used this jacket around the globe in various environments so it's had plenty of washes. I've never experienced the clumping issues. I wash it separately shake it out and hang to dry. When dry I give it another shake and off we go. No clumping, no gaps, no issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A versatile layer that can be worn by itself or as an insulated layer for a shell. Fjallraven gear often runs small so make sure that is accounted for.

I chose the Latt over the X-Latt as the finish and fit felt better. Yes it’s a bit more heavy in weight but I liked the bulk and the finish is more matte. I hope not to have the clumping issues. My only con is It’s a bit tight around the waist but not unbearable. I like the rest of this jacket and bought during their boxing week sale.

I like this piece of clothing. It is located at an altitude of 4000 meters, minus 5 degrees Celsius. It is paired with underwear and thin fleece inside, and the wind is strong but warm. It is more suitable for humid environments than down jackets.

Love this jacket. Fits well and I have had no issues. Not sure what the other reviews are saying, but that had no been my experience.

Having worn this jacket for 18 months the overall impression is poor. The filling clumps together and no matter the amount of tumble drying it never was the same after first wash. The odour treatment is poor as well, 1 or 2 wears and stinks and need to wash and go through the whole process of battling the filling due to the stitching being too close together.

Insulation material is clumping at elbow area, leaving areas with no padding. Similar, along the stiches the padding is missing, making for poor insulation. Not insulating properly. Overall, not warmer than a regular shirt.

Very comfortable, gently warm, super light! Perfect for fall season and remains comfortable while driving! It was love at first sight!

Great for layering to go skiing. It is tight which makes it possible to put a shell jacket on top and kept me warm all day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for cold and wet weather. It is not quite as warm as the expedition pack down versions. The hood is outstanding ! If you are broad shouldered it can be a little tight across the yoke. Two way zipper is a plus...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my son and he loves it. Warm and light, definitely feels like a quality jacket. The two zippers take some getting used to but not a big deal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve now worn this a handful of times and aside from the awesome weight and comfort it just looks cool as heck (mainly why I bought it). Super happy with this hooded puffy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The jack I got was bright yellow and very vibrant. It is warm and cozy, however, the size medium fits too snug in the arms and too large in the midsection. A Large I think would be too big in the midsection, yet fit the arms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as a fantastic layer for winter fat biking when temps drop sub zero. Cuts out the cold, is super light weight and fits like a glove. I typically sport a medium jacket, arm movement is slightly restricted due to the fitted cut/narrow shoulder design. Overall, impressed and happy with the purchase.
