Let's dive into these Fjallraven Keb Eco-Shell trousers I recently bought, because boy, do we have some issues. Sure, they look solid, and the build quality is exactly what you'd expect from Fjallraven - top-tier. I've always appreciated the craftsmanship Fjallraven brings to the table, and these trousers aren't an exception in that regard. But here's where things go south. I've been a loyal Fjallraven fan for a while, rocking their Keb trousers in size 50, and they've always been a perfect fit. So, with the same confidence, I ordered these Eco-Shell trousers in my usual size M. What I got was a waist fit that felt custom-made but a length that felt like it was designed for a giant. It's not just a little extra fabric we're talking about; these pants are unreasonably long. And believe me, the irony isn't lost on me. I've got this high-quality, stylish pair of trousers that I can't wear because of the absurd length. The worst part? The sizing guide led me to believe these would be a perfect fit. Now I'm stuck with these excessively long, expensive trousers, and I can't help but feel disappointed and let down. It's a bitter pill to swallow, especially considering the steep price tag. In a nutshell, these Fjallraven Keb Eco-Shell trousers have left a sour taste in my mouth. They've got the aesthetics, the quality, but the fit - especially the length - is a total disaster. If you're planning on getting a pair, heed my warning: don't trust the sizing guide blindly or better yet, try them on in-store first. Don't end up with the same regret I'm dealing with.

It can protect from rain and wind. It's may have long inseam but it can boot hook on my boot's lace. I wish they have a Deep Forest color in USA because I saw that in Europe website and I didn't know. Last weekend, I went to summiting Misti, Arequipa in the desert there're spike plants and they didn't pick on my legs thank to pants' material.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this shell trouser is very quiet compared to other rain pants or snow pants. I also like that there are two big pockets to put hands in.

I do not quite understand the concern of the other reviewer. Don’t be put off. Because I also have a 30” inseam, however find these rain pants to be no issue whatsoever as they feature a draw cord adjustment at the bottom. Therefore they can be cinched tightly around the ankle, making them a perfect fit. In terms of performance, they are excellent. I got a size XS and have a 29” waist, and thanks to the adjustment options, they can be worn either over the top of my thick vidda pros, or a smaller base layer. They breathe really well, and keep the rain out, and you nice and warm. These will last a lifetime. If you only want one pair of rain pants, these are hard to beat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Eco Shell to use over the standard Keb trousers in wet and/or snowy conditions. Plenty of room over the trousers for layering purposes. Nice high waist and tapered leg for full coverage in lousy weather. Normally wear a Keb/Vidda Pro in size S and the Evo Shell are perfect with the same sizing. Quiet fabric compared to Goretex Pro trousers I have from another manufacturer but equally as tough and weather resistant.
