[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great parka that blocks the wind and rain completely. The colors are all vibrant and looks very fashionable while keeping you warm. The only issues that are not shoe stoppers. The arms seem to get slightly less warmth. The double zipper can be annoying at times. All in all I would recommend the product. It runs slightly big but I didn’t need to size down as I’m almost always a medium. Consider sizing down only if you are in between sizes.

This jacket is super high quality and is warm, waterproof and windproof. I’m 5’11”, 190lbs, athletic build. The Men’s size medium fits perfect, with room for layers without being too small or too big. It is long below the waist so there is a double zipper to allow you to manuever into your car or a chair without pulling the jacket up to your waist. I removed the faux fur from my hood, it comes off easily with buttons. The fur just wasn’t my style. A few people complained about the double zipper, which is plastic (not metal), and is a YKK branded zipper. I’ve had no issues with the double zipper. Someone complained about the arm length. There are velcro cuffs so you can control how low you want the cuffs to go. No issues for me there. Bonus: there are two zippered hidden pockets, one on the inside of the main vertical zipper and one on the outside of the zipper. This outside pocket allows you to access items without unzipping the coat. Another bonus: there are two large pockets on the inside of the coat large enough to store ski googles. I happily store my winter scarf in there for when the temperature drops down and the wind picks up. Chest-level hand warmer pockets are comfortable and fantastic for walking or standing in the cold. I wore this coat for a trip in Seattle during the cold and rainy October season and it kept the wind and rain at bay, no wind or water got through. I’ve wearing this coat here in Orlando, FL for the cold winter months and have stayed quite warm and cozy! Keep in mind, this is the “Nuuk Lite Insulated” version so it’s perfect for Seattle or Orlando. Fjallraven makes a warmer version called “Nuuk Insulated” which is probably more suited to arctic places like snowy parts of Canada or New England. I highly recommend!

The jacket is great! Reviews regarding double zipper, not true. You just need to learn how to zip it :) (or do you still wear shoes with Velcro? :) Zipper is great if you need to unzip jacket from the bottom. Very warm, length is great, hood is adjustable so you can actually see something when walk. Highly recommended! Great product, runs a big larger than other brands.

Have had about a year and only have 2 gripes but they’re significant. I hate the velcro especially on the sleeves. Put a couple snaps there. The velcro takes too long to adjust especially with fleece or wool gloves. The other issue is the zipper is awful. Just awful. It’s difficult to manage under ideal circumstances and nearly impossible with gloves, It is VERY comfortable and warm. I’m gonna stick with it but am gonna be making some modifications.

Everything about this jacket was good except the material felt very cheap and scratchy. Wish it had the G1000 material so bad. It would be the perfect jacket. I had the Singi for several years and loved it, but was looking for a lighter version of it. I was hoping they’d made the change for this season but looks like they didn’t.

I purchased this jacket to replace a Skogso. I wanted something that was waterproof and with a bit more cover. This jacket is fantastic. I live in the PNW and we have damp "cold" weather. (rarely below freezing.) so this jacket is better suited for here the the standard Nuuk Parka.

Been studying this jacket since last year and finally pulled the trigger. Granted its not had a cold test but as soon as you put it on you can tell its absolutely solid. The zipper.... it's not that difficult guys so please ignore the other comments. Every detail is super premium. Medium correct fit for a 5,7 giant of a man.

After getting through a NYC December/January where conditions ranged from 40F with heavy rain to nearly 10F with strong wind and snow, I can officially say I love this jacket. It’s very stylish and the warm adjustable hood is a highlight. I prefer the flexibility of having a versatile “lighter” jacket that can get through three seasons but this jacket isn’t super light. When it got down into the 20s, I just layered with a light insulated vest and the jacket remained effective. I don’t understand some of the complaints in other reviews… two-way zippers are always a little more difficult to zip up but with the longer length of the jacket, it’s well worth it. And no, my arms didn’t get cold in the jacket either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a smartly designed and highly functional parka. It is the perfect weight for cold weather without being too cumbersome. The jacket is a perfect length in the sleeves and body, intelligently designed to accommodate a vest or a sport jacket. Highly recommended.

Two way zipper (which no one wants) DOES NOT WORK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this jacket a few weeks now and it's quickly turned into my favorite I've ever owned. It's extremely warm, comfortable, and durable!

bought ten days ago... light but enough warm, high quality, not too short not too long, true to size as an overcoat, large & functional pockets, overall highly practical parka

Currently returning it. I'm so so bummed. The quality is amazing, it feels warm, and it looks so good. Sigh, unfortunately, even the XS doesn't fit. How?! Small fits me everywhere, but I had a feeling it might not fit me at a small. I thought the small would be too big, but I would naver had thought that the Extra Small! would still not fit! Whats even crummier, that the shoulder fit was perfect, jackets never get that right. But the lengths were so long. Arms and bottom. Completely covered my hand, and bottom to my knees. Sigh. dang it.
