I've had this jacket a couple of years, but not worn it much. It's a great jacket, but the fabric has frayed where it was stitched to the zipp of the inside pocket!

The jacket itself is good quality but it is let down by the zip. I had trouble with the two-way zip but after 3 years it simply broke and I had to throw away the jacket because you can't fix or replace a broken zip. Very disappointing.

I've bought this jacket with great expectation, but the result is underwhelming. I have no trouble with zipper, the design it is very functional, the two mesh pocket inside are very practical and useful. Now the negative. There is some cheap fleece inside the lower pockets on the outside, but for unknow reason this light fleece is present only on the outer side, and there is no padding between your hand and the outside fabric, so forget to keep your hand nice and warm in cold days there. Now the major weakness of jacket, the G1000 used is not even water repellant and too much "breathable with stock wax. in windy days around freezing the jacket suffer a lot to keep your warm. the wind cool off your body a lot, passing thought the jacket too much for a winter jacket. In calm day around 0 C or a bit under it is ok, but how many day in winter are dry, no wind for all the day ? at regular price it is way overpriced for the optimal use. With a good quality fleece, putting padded on the outer side of lower pockets , swapping this archaic G1000 with a modern windproof and must stronger water resistant /proof or putting at least a membrane under like with the nuuk, this jacket can be a winner. it is very stylish. Maybe a padded waterproof version ?
This coat is out of this world. My son in law has one and after seeing his I had to follow. I am so glad I did! Great solid construction, warm even in very cold temperatures, high quality zipper (I’m still getting used to the reverse “European”insertion), great looking. Only suggestion I’d have would be to redesign the velcro cuffs to accommodate smaller wrists - perhaps lengthen the velcro material around the cuffs or use a series of snaps to enable adjustments. Aside from that, great product, evident quality and anticipated durability.

Fits great! Warm but good for layering in super cold. It looks great, lost of complements. Pockets for days! Long tail end stays warm, good overlap for gloves. The zipper is robust, but annoying to get started. I would call it a 4.8 star jacket. I'm 6' 1" and slim, the Med is a good fit, I would say sizing is more about shoulder and waste than it is length. I have not waxed it yet, not sure I will need to in my conditions.

I love this jacket. I love the fit. I love the warmth. I love the style.

Two major issues on this jacket: 1) The zipper comes unlatched at the bottom when the jacket is stretched; simply sitting down causes this to happen. Can be mitigated somewhat by securing the button at the front bottom of the coat but why should anyone have to do that; use a quality zipper 2) The outer front side pockets are shallow. I have the normal sized iPhone and it doesn't really fit well in those pockets and has fallen out a few times so I use the inner pocket instead Never had design/quality issues with a jacket before so felt the need to say something esp. after being prompted by Fjallraven to leave a review. I plan on donating the jacket and not purchasing another from them. These aren't issues that would be immediately obvious trying on a coat in the store either.

A really nice jacket, but... I’d never expect to see such a premium jacket without a hanging loop! Are we supposed to carry hangers around with us? It’s honestly the most inconvenient thing I’ve ever discovered on clothes I’ve bought...and guess what...the unpadded version which is much lighter and packable, has a hanging loop! Something else I don't really like is the velcro fasteners on the sleeves. They are bit more convenient than metallic buttons, but they are also a cheap-ish feature choice on a non-cheap product. Guess what...the unpadded version, also has buttons instead of cheap velcro fasteners. It's confusing. These are my two main complaints...and some threads that stick out in 1 place along the seam. I hope I won't find more.

Love the jacket but the zipper is goofy. Sure wish they would have put a beefier zipper on this awesome jacket

It looks good and feels premium quality but it’s not warm for its weight! Definitely not for anything under -10C.

I had this jacket for 3 years and I really loved it, though I would keep it for many years, but the zipper often got stuck until it broke one day. When I got a replacement, the zipper broke in the same way again in less than a month. For such a great Jacket to have a zipper this bad is a shame, and doesn't exactly give the image of quality this brand is known for.

in one word very bad and poor quality jacket ... worn out on many places in less than a year, and I would absolutely not recommend this jacket to anyone ... shame for so much money ...

I have got very high expectations from this jacket, but unfortunately it was not good for me: Fit was not good, I usually order S or M, I had to order XS to fit me! what is even worse worse, after one wash it totally got distroyed, color has been washed out, it looked very old even it was farely new. Using this "stupid" wax system for water resistance and care; it is a big mess, hassle and it keep stains, and have a feeling it making more harm than good. and without it, it is not water resistant. very disappointed!

Very satisfied. Fits well for 5 11. Sleeves seem a bit long but good for wearing with gloves in cold.

Purchased for my husband who is very picky. Warm, durable, great fit and lots of pockets He prefers this over the Canadian Goose he purchased
