Sizing is abysmal, sizing is wrong on every level you have to buy maybe two or three sizes bigger in you waist

Absolutely wonderful trousers. Initially bought for hiking in Scotland, but then became almost trousers for everyday use. They showed themselves to be excellent at temperatures (+10 degrees Celsius with thermal underwear and up to +30 degrees). Excellent ventilation, dries quickly, if you need additional wind or moisture protection, you can use wax. They also fit perfectly.

Purchased indigo blue . Very slightly to start with but they give a little over time . Colour and cut and general quality is excellent . Cool to wear . With well sized pockets . Will last years .

pretty disappointing, pants are designed so well, looks so amazing, however the fabric has zero stretch, and the worst part is i dont even have big thighs and even i find it too tight. This is meant for hiking/outdoor activities no? a little confused at how is anyone supposed to move comfortable in this. again, im a skinny asian dude with a 31" waist and got the 32/32 and its very slim fit on the thigh.

I just received a pair of these trousers, and as far as fit goes, they are very, very snug in the hips and thighs, considering that I ordered up two sizes relative to my normal size. Today's apparel makers apparently believe that all males are built like string beans with no quadriceps. It's an uphill battle to find no-nonsense outdoor pants that do not try to make a fashion statement. I would suggest that Fjallraven remove the "Stretch" claim for this material - there is no stretch built in whatsoever. Meh.

These are just great. The waist size is ruler accurate- no funny business there. They look sharp. They’re very comfortable. They’re not baggy. Lots of snaps and pockets. I bought several pairs and wear them almost everyday. They’re holding up very well. I really like how they fit and look. They are a bit “cool” as in they don’t retain a great deal of heat, but that’s a pro in the spring/summer/fall.

These pants are way too tight in the hips. I had to get a 38" waisted pant to accomadate my 33" waist and a 41" hip measure. The "Improved Fit" is literally the opposite. I shouldnt have to go up two whole sizes to get hiking pants that can accomadate the range of motion involved in walking up stairs. Also, why is the 30" inseam 31" inches long? My old 34" by 30" vidda pros fit fine. My only positives are that the materials and construction are solid, and it's nice to have the pant slimmer in the calf, but thats the only improvment. The fit is unforgivebly restrictive.

I’ve worn the trousers in heavy rain + high altitude in late autumn and encountered no problems whatsoever. They’re light hence one doesn’t sweat much yet warm enough.

I absolutely love these pants. They’ve become my go-to pants and the fit is great. I took the advice about sizing and ordered a size larger and they fit perfectly. I recently ran into a friend from Finland and he was also wearing a pair of Fjallraven pants. We commented on how rugged they are.

The material is exceptionally breathable but not very elastic. Check the size conversion table. These are true to size in the waist but slimmer in the thighs so sizing up buys you better movement. Just wear a belt, it's recommended anyway.

I find them to be too restrictive when I’m taking a big step or climbing over and up something. Good otherwise but the sizing and cut is just too tight for me.
I love it . Fit well, very comfortable, very nice

Bought these and the Vidda pro ventilated. Same size but they fit differently The lite fit more like a 33 waist and the ventilated was tighter in the waist and hips. Both are great but it strange the sizing is so different in the waist. Pants a great and nice a light fabric. Great for Arizona nights and days. Wish the sizing was more consistent.

I bought these pants for hunting and ended up using them for construction type work. They arecthe most comfortable and durable pants I have ever worn. I'm going to be adding a few more of these to my collection.

Bought these 6 months ago and initially thought they were excellent. I wore them during a long distance hike in the Scottish Western Isles over the summer and have done various hill walks since. The quality of the construction and features are excellent but unfortunately the material is not robust / durable enough to withstand Highland Scottish walking where they come into contact with rough heather and granite paths etc.. They tear very easily in the areas where they are not re-inforced. For their price, I expected better value - they are supposed to ' last a lifetime' but sadly it wasn't much longer than Liz Truss's lettuce
