I basically lived in this for five days on a rafting trip. Lightweight, quick-drying, kept me protected from intense sun. Basically forgot I had it on!

I love this hoodie so much I bought it in four different colours. It's lightweight and softer than I expected it to be. It fits very well and is flattering and the hood is easy to wear even with a ponytail which is a nice touch. I think the only thing that could make it better would be the inclusion of a zippered pocket but it's still five stars even without that.

Needs to be baggier as you wear it over a t-shirt most of the time. Size up if you want to wear it like that. I am not a fan of the material though… I prefer the Abisko wool hoodie - that one is perfect!

I have bought 5 of them in both men and women sizing. I find them great. They are a life saver in the LA valley heat! I wear them almost everyday in the summer, I’m a commuter so trying to get as much sun protection is very important. I am between sizes so I sized up. I might just buy the new wool option.

I really like these for the sun. The hood stays up just right with a cap and the ponytail slot is perfect for hood position. The problem is about half of the ones I own have the elastic in the wrist has come unsewn so there is a ring of elastic dangling out of the sleeve.

I bought this item in June. Washed it about 3 times and started to fall apart from the cuffs. I wish it had lasted me more for that price:(

This jacket is pretty but felt a bit itchy just trying it on.

I took this shirt with me for walking the Camino in the early fall (~35C on the coast with no shade). I'm very sensitive to heat (due to both MS and some of my medication), but after soaking this shirt in water, the combination of the quick evaporation and the UV protection was enough to keep me comfortable even at noon. It was great to be able to skip out on sunblock and still not end the day looking like a tomato. Like other reviewers said, it's a little rougher that ideal, but I do have to say, it held up to backpack friction much better than the Abisko wool shirt I took on the same trip and I did *not* get any irritation despite walking all day with a 10-20kg bag for the first time. Dries very very quickly, which is great when conditions are damp.

The material is a lil tough or like the other reviewer said plastic like but it is very lightweight and if you are looking to save ounces in your pack this sun hoodie is a great option. I like the thumb holes but I feel like the sleeves should be a tad longer for a better fit. I bought the orange and it’s a beautiful color and bright on the trail. Im hoping with a few washes the shirt will soften a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeps the sun and bugs off while keeping me cool. Quick drying and super cute. The green color matches my eyes perfectly. The pony tail hole is a little weird, but I appreciate it nonetheless.
the fabric feels a bit plasticky against the skin. As a sun hoodie, it's important that it feels soft so I can wear comfortably over a sports bra. The sleeves were also too short to use the thumb holes comfortably. Sizing up might have helped a bit, but it still seemed like the length should be more generous overall (I'm 5'8" for reference, and purchased size S). Otherwise, I loved the dark blue color and ponytail opening.

I work as a construction project manager in tropical Costa Rica, this shirt is nearly perfect. It's light, it shields you from the sun, and the reinforced stitches makes it durable. The downside, this type of fabric forces me to wash it everyday after work to avoid odor from sticking. I would love to see this very design but with wool, the hoodie is a must for warm climates.
