Impressive Technical Pant

I bought these in-store and the people were super helpful. I tried on the non-curved version and the only difference I noticed was the curved has a higher waist, which I prefer. I expected the curve version to be a bit roomier in the hips, but that wasn't the case. Size info to help others find the right fit: I'm 5'7"/170cm 135lbs/61.5kg with a 27"/68.5cm waist and 38"/96.5cm hip with muscular thighs. Size 2 in regular (32") length are nearly perfect in every way. I appreciate that the waistband is NOT stretchy. I typically wear a size 26 in jeans, sometimes a 25 or 27, depending on the brand, and I was SHOCKED that I'm a size 2 in these, I expected to be a 4 or 6 given that Fjallraven is a Swedish brand and my measurements land between these two sizes on the size chart. The waist on size 4 was huge on me. I preferred the slightly roomier fit in the thighs of the size 4, but these have a nice stretch and the front panels soften and stretch over time, so I opted for a better waist fit in the size 2, which is not restrictive at all (would have had to get the 4s tailored in the waist). Seems like these will be bulletproof for SAR work, which is my intended main use for them. I expect they'll hold up for years and prove to be low price/wear to justify the high price tag. The features are impressive: 3 cuff adjustment options, deep front pockets, the cargo-style pockets on the front are awesome with expandable width on the outside of each leg, one of the cargo-style pockets zips closed (under the snaps), the other has a mesh internal secure pocket that holds a phone, wallet, or other item you need quick access to, but want piece of mind that you won't lose it if you don't snap the pocket closed every time. I appreciate that fly button secures through the fabric, not as a snap like some of the other pant models have, which seems prone to wearing out or potentially opening unintentionally. The belt loops are the waxed-cotton blend material, plentiful, and well-placed.

Awesome Pants

Got my daughter these for Christmas and she loves them. Thick but plenty if stretch for easy movement

Love These, Have Them In 3 Colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the contrasting colors of these. It made it difficult to choose a color so after ordering my default black and liking the way they felt while hiking, I ordered 2 more colors. The zippered vents are very useful

First pair of technical hiking trousers I ever wore that fit my curvy body without either being too tight in the hips and/or too loose in the waist. Comfier than most jeans, in my opinion. Love the utility pockets, even held up great once when I had to slide down an icy hillside!

Great Hiking Pants

I overall really like these pants! Normally, I loathe hiking pants because they don't fit me correctly. I wasn't sure what size to get, based on the chart, and I'm glad I went into a store. Based on the size chart I thought I might need a size 8 and I ended up with a size 2. I love the color blocking, they stretch out (not in a diaper butt kind of way) and I wore my biker shorts underneath. They were a little tight in the thighs initially but it wasn't too bad. I like the leg vents. My measurements: Height: 5’5” Bust: 33.5” Waist: 26.5” Hips: 39” Thighs: 23.25”

Ventilation And Fit Curves- About Time

I’ve tried these pants before and they didn’t fit my hips and I always felt self conscience in them. When I heard they’d ‘updated’ the fit I decided I’d give it another go. I’m 5’7” 145#. Waist 29” hips 40” I found I could fit in a size 6, 8, and 10. It really just depends on how tight you want them. I don’t like tight at all so went with the 8. I have been wanting pants with ventilations, pockets that can actually hold things, and durability. I’ve found it in these pants. I bought them on a Saturday and spent the next 10 days in the Alaska backcountry putting them through all sorts of trials and they came out still looking amazing. Bold to do with a new pant I hadn’t even tested but I’m so glad I did. Love them!

Best Pants Ever!

Love these! Very comfortable, moves with you, no rubbing. Got complimented on them on the first hike with them. Highly recommend!

Not Curvy Enough For Athletic Body Type

For a curvy fit, the pants are so tight on my thighs I still struggle to move! I love the materials and the look of the pants otherwise, so I’m sad I’ll have to get rid of them.

Unexpected Joy

I got these in Banff during the film festival. As a bigger woman who’s an avid hiker I have trouble finding technical clothing that fits. I had tried on Fjallraven pants years ago and nothing fit. I was jokingly trying these curved fit ones and WOW not only did the fit beautifully but they stretched in all the right places! My only wish was that I had more money so I could buy 2 pairs!

Great Work And Hiking Pants, Easy To Customize

I bought these Keb Trousers as well as the Viddo Pro trousers and have kept them both! I love the extra leg and butt room compared to the normal sizing. I also cannot thank you enough for giving the short/tall option with the leg length. This extra feature in combination with the button options on the leg cuff, really allows me to customize the fit to my boots.

Amazing Quality!

i bought 2 pairs a couple months ago on another website and they are amazing!!! They are so multi-purpose from canoe trips to long hikes. The vents in both the top and bottom parts of the pant are amazing. the pockets are so usefull the reenforced butt and knees are amazing the only thing i would change is i would make the croutch strechy due to the fact ive busted the open when flipping canoes.

They Changed The Cut Some, Long In Crotch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I compared these new ones same size to last year’s 38 curved, found that the front rise is almost 3/4” higher and the waistband is a little over an inch smaller. For me this makes them look too long in the crotch, and they’re weirdly uncomfortable. I also don’t like the addition of the mesh on the thigh vents, these pants were great without it… you’re not going to get very good airflow with the mesh there.

Love Love Love

I bought these for a trekking trip to Peru. They are now my favorite hiking/tracking pants. They are so comfortable, the pockets are amazing. And the venting options made them comfortable in Various temperatures. I am thinking about getting another pair. I often have issues with the waist gapping but not even a little bit with the curvy fit.

Finally Long Enough

Thank God fijallraven has started making long inseams for womens keb. Iam 5'11" with a 33" inseam, and women's were never long enough. I purchased men's, but they of course don't fit my hips right. I can finally purchase a pair of kebs that fit me, and of course as per usual fijallraven, quality is excellent. For reference, I am 5'11", 170lbs with a curvy to athletic build and the 40 fit perfectly.

Love The Keb Trousers Curved W!!

I bought the Keb Trousers Curved W pants about a month ago, and I'm very happy with this purchase. I really liked the original Keb Trousers, but always wanted a fit that was better for curvier women. These are the best fitting pair of pants I've ever had, hiking or otherwise. I wear them everyday to work, and I often get compliments. If you want a durable, well made hiking pant with a great fit and fun colors-- this is your choice! Thank you Fjallraven. I now own 3 pairs in this fit.
