Doesn’t Match Recvd X2

I bought these because the image and the description say it is a pack of three and they look to be ankle socks hence the name “bare feet.” However what has been shipped twice to me now is a knee high pair of wool socks. The agent I spoke with the 1st time confirmed it should be 3pairs of ankle socks. The 2nd agent said I was in the wrong and there was nothing he could do for me and advised me to go online to process a refund. Of which then I would have to either go to a store or find packaging to ship it back with.
