The laces are great. They were easy to find at the store and not very epensive.

Never had much luck with the ladies. Probably because my shoes were always coming untied. A buddy suggested new shoelaces. Sounded good, but where could I turn for such an item? Then, one fateful day, a glowing light appeared in the distance across the vast strip mall parking lot. It was the Dick’s storefront aglow in all its splendor. Like a moth to a flame, I approached. Cautiously at first, but my eager anticipation of what awaited me behind the sliding glass doors hastened my gait. Upon entering, I was overwhelmed by the sounds, smells and sights of this athletic cornucopia. A true bounty for the senses. Composing myself, I made a plan. I would head straight for the footwear department. But this would prove no easy task. With steely resolve, I drowned out the siren’s song of Yeti coolers, TaylorMade Qi4D Drivers, supportive ladies’ undergarments and pickleball paddles and arrived at the footwear department. To my great delight, there were shoelaces aplenty. White, black, even blue. Some long. Some short, as if for smaller feet/shoes. An then, as if the stars in the heavens magically aligned, I spied what I had so coveted. The SofSole 54” Team Speckled Team Laces. The sweet scent of victory wafted through the temperature controlled air. With my conquest in hand, I strode eagerly toward the register to complete my quest. However, as if instantly validating my purchase decision, I tripped, yet again over my ever untied shoelaces. A group of schoolchildren chuckled. But instead of the hot flush of embarrassment, I felt an anticipation of vindication. For soon, my new laces would be affixed to my sneakers and my stride would be straight and true. Onward to the checkout register, I completed my purchase and exited into the crisp evening air. Before I reached my car, I had ripped the package open and freed the laces from their cardboard and plastic prison. Free at last, they were about to survey the purpose they were woven to do. Threading them carefully through the 12 eyelets of my sneakers I sat back and admired my handiwork. Nothing short of glorious! Slipping my feet back into my sneakers and tying them tight - double laced, of course, I was ready to put them to the test. I drove, admittedly in excess of the posted speed limit, to the nearest community obstacle course. I deftly navigated the course with such aplomb that onlookers were left slack-jawed. Like I conquering hero, I completed the course to raucous applause. I was hoisted upon the shoulders of several buxom women as they took selfies and competed with each other for my attention and affection. Rather than succumb to my newfound adoration and fame, I headed off into the night. My confidence restored, it was now time to fulfill my destiny. And that’s how I became a crime-fighting creature of the shadows.

This set of laces was just what I needed for my rugby shoes, however, it would’ve been even better had the laces been slightly wider. I really liked the red color to the lace as it went very nicely with the background of shoe.

So far they are hold up no issues they fit just right
Sneakers
I bought these laces to replace some that were broken. I can tell these will last. They are heavy duty and perfect.
