Great Backpack

I purchased this backpack to go on a trip to Colorado. I initially purchased this thinking I would use it as my carryon for the flight and ended up using it the whole trip for our day hikes, my purse and all the outings! It is the perfect size, had the greatest storage and compartments without being huge and bulky and it is adorable! I love it and carry it all the time. I purchased the army green color and it goes with everything.

Do Not Buy. Ripped At Zipper Seam After 1st Use

Purchased as a gift,it ripped at zipper seam on first trip within the first two days. Tried to return/exchange but was 2 weeks outside of the 90 day window. Dicks store refused & advised I call CS. CS tried but said they can't overturn store decision

I bought this about three months ago and the front zipper broke in the first month. Dicks says it can’t find my order number to rectify, even though I’m giving them exactly what’s in the order confirmation email.
