What Happened To Franklin Quality

I'm reaching out again about a recurring issue we've had with some gloves I bought for my son a few weeks ago. I originally picked up an adult large size, but right out of the gate, after only about 45 swings on a batting machine, they left his hands and fingers pretty torn up with blisters. Not only that, but they looked like they were already falling apart, which was a real surprise given how new they were. When I first called in, the person I spoke with suggested that maybe I’d gotten the wrong size and that an adult medium would be a better fit. Interestingly, the large size actually felt quite snug on him, so it didn't really seem like they were too big. Anyway, your team was kind enough to send out a couple of replacement pairs, an adult medium and an adult large. We really appreciated that gesture, though I should mention they were white, which wasn't the color we originally purchased. We just tried out the adult medium pair, hoping for a better outcome, but unfortunately, my son ended up with blisters all over again. It's truly disappointing to see him go through this with multiple pairs of gloves. Given that we've now tried two different sizes, and both have caused the same painful problem, I'm hoping we can move forward with a refund at this point. I'd love to resolve this amicably.
