In July of 2024 I purchased this Franklin size 5 six pack of balls and received them shortly there after. One of the balls had a defect. The needle nub was off center and I could not pump up the ball. I went to the store to have them replace it and they could not because the ball was part of a set. They emphasized I reach out to Franklin sports and assured me they would warranty the ball. Well, I did not get my hopes up in this world of "press 1 for sales, press 2 to sit on hold for an hour." but I went to their web site, opened up the customer service tab, filled out the form and to my utter surprise they responded in less than 24 hours and simply said a new ball was on the way. About a week later, I had my full set. I'm telling you folks, customer service like that is rare in this day and age. The balls hold air, and are round. What more could I ask for...great customer service and that is exactly what Franklin Sports offers. A great product at a great price with exceptional customer service. If you are debating on two different products, go with the Franklin product...their customer service is going to make it worth while if there is any defect.
