No Needle With Hand Pump
I haven't actually used this ball yet, but the immediate problem is that the hand pump included with the purchase does not have a needle. I am glad I opened the box before giving these as gifts to kids abroad or they would have been crushed by the inability to inflate the ball as is. And this was not a one time oversight, I bought several and not one has a needle.

Ball Does Not Stay Inflated
This ball does not hold air. I've purchased this ball twice and both times it was the same issue. Inflated multiple times and it was flat within a few hours. My daughter was very excited for this, unfortunately there is some issue with the design.

Deflated Ball Again
I purchased for my son and by the time I got it home it needed air. I put air in it and within minutes, it was already deflated. Tried multiple times before I returned it.
