Save Your Money. Poor Quality.

We got this as a Christmas present for our son. Installed it on backyard goal in mid-March 2026. By May, the netting on one side had almost completely detached from the sandbag. Not even two full months of use by one middle schooler shooting on it before it started falling apart. Save your money, get a backstop that won’t fall apart. This one is a waste of money.

Save your money, buy a different backstop. Got this as a Christmas gift for our son. Installed on goal in mid-March when weather broke and season started. Less than three full months of normal use and net is almost completely detached from sand bag on one side.

Came With A Part That Didn’t Work!!!

It would be great if the products Dicks sold weren’t absolute crap from China! One of the tighteners to attach the backstop to the corner of the goal didn’t fit the screw provided. My son said we could order a replacement. NOOOOOO there should be quality control to ensure all parts work before they send it! So frustrating! If all the parts come working I would recommend this product, but in the condition we have NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We spent over $100 for a leaning backstop bc one of the corners can not be tightened!

Solid Backstop

I bought this for my son to put on his lacrosse net in my backyard. Before the net was in place, my wooden fence sustained damage. After putting the net in place, we no longer have any issues with missed shots hitting the fence!
