Hate The High Waist
I have been wearing the older version of this that has a mid-rise waist every single day during the warm months for years, but they changed the style to a very high waist which is horribly uncomfortable and definitely NOT made for athletic purposes a number of years ago. They don't mention it in their description, so I was fooled into thinking they had gone back to the much better older style and ordered it. I was so disappointed in this product. It reached all the up over my bottom ribs, and I have a long waist. Wearing this is impossible, much less wearing it all day for athletic activities as they advertise. I very much hope that they will go back to the lower style waist soon. I would buy 10 of those and recommend them to everyone.

Super Comfy.
I wear a medium but was having a bad week and ordered a large and out surprisingly fits pretty good still even though I’m back on track at the gym and down a few pounds. It’s the perfect material if you’re in between sizes. My only wish is that the under shorts are always a little too short for my style. I want them an inch or two longer so I can pull the fabric up against my skin in the crotch without it feeling too short in the legs. If I had perfect legs it wouldn’t matter but I don’t want super short shorts. They are not swim material but they’re very comfy. I slept in them one night and they were not stretched out the next day.
