Rain I Beat You !

I bought this a few weeks ago to do some winter trail blazing in cool wet weather. Worked very well for me. It's bulky because it has to fit over my sweatshirt and jeans, but it was very inexpensive way to work out doors in rainy and snow and sleet conditions in the 20 to 55 Deg F range.
