I love this vest because you can change out the weight as needed. It's bigger than other weighed vest, but more ideal and inexpensive for the idea we need it for. Not having to but a new vest every 2 weeks to every other month. Very easy and simple to change out the 2.5 lbs

I received my package but it says there should have been 16 weight packets in the box; but there were only 13. Im still going to use it because it's still 32lbs and for the price I paid, it's fine. But still disappointed.
