Rated 5 out of 5 by methos from One of the best broadheads on the market!! Been using these for the past 5 years and I love these broadheads. They are sharp and I've never had a deer run more than 20 yards before dropping. Can't complain about a blood trail with these...every deer I've hit has opened up like a river. These broadheads are sharp and easy to sharpen. I shot the same broadhead through 4 deer and into the ground and could still use it without sharpening it. I switched to G5 mechanicals, Rage and a few others and hated them so I came back to the tried and true. This year I tested out GoldTip Devastators with G5 Montec Fixed Blade. Next year I'm going with Easton Full Metal Jacket 5MM with G5 Montec Fixed Blade. Always looking for a full passthrough..and yes I shoot a Hoyt Defiant.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Robert61 from always lethal I have taken 5 deer using the G5 Montec CS over the last 5 years through a crossbow.The blood trails have not always been the best, but I have always made a recovery. I have no concerns with accuracy shooting these through my Titan 10 point.

I originally bought these for 2 reasons: the carbon steel construction and that they are a simple, triple blade with no funny business. They key word is simple. Not hard to use, not hard to maintain, no special designs. Simple.Thank you dor your time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Deerslayer from Amazing Ive always hunted with these got 17 out of 18 deer I shot with them last season and this season shot a 140"+ deer with them in the neck cause he wouldn't turn and he didn't run more than 60 yards. Best broadhead I have ever used but couldn't find them instore at Dick's had to go to Academy.
