This mat is easy to carry around and decent quality. However, it is too sticky and greasy on one side, very hot to use in summer or for power Vinyasa, good for gentle yoga or yin yoga

Greasy Mat,

I live in Australia, and recently got this mat for Christmas. I had read lots of reviews before letting my wife know which mat I had chosen. In Australia this mat retails for $70 so I was careful when choosing. First of all the sticky side is just a greasy feeling. I flipped it over and found the grey side no better. I had to stick my cheap $5 Aldi mat over the top, so I could practice down dog without slipping. I love the extra size, but I'm really disappointed with the mat. I have tried airing the mat outside with any change. Sad customer, mats aren't cheap here in Australia, thought I was getting quality because of the brand
