Rated 4 out of 5 by Jade from My Go-To Mat At Home Overall, I love this mat and it's definitely my favorite of the two that I own. I like the thickness because it's supportive without taking away from the feeling of being grounded with the floor. The pattern is just beautiful, which is what drew my eye to begin with (I have the navy and green variant). It's also a pretty good material and reduces the amount of slipping I do (but doesn't necessarily eliminate it- my hands get super sweaty when I'm working out). I've noticed that the professional mats at the studio I go to are MUCH better at keeping me from slipping as they seem to be more textured and not as smooth, but who knows the price point on those...bottom line is, this is a great mat for the price.

I never take the time to write reviews on products, but this one in particular is my new favorite possession, and I wanted other people to know it's worth the buy! I'm not sure why there are reviews complaining about the smell--obviously it has a faint smell of rubber when it's brand new and comes out of the package, but that quickly fades--I don't notice it at all. It's the perfect length, just enough padding, and I love the reversible feature because I can meditate and do yoga on whichever side depending on which fits my current mood. Definitely recommend this.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lakegirll from Beautiful mat with awful smell. This mat is just what i wanted, except it smells strongly of plastics. The packing says it has all safe materials. I tired to take it to yoga yesterday and it stunk up the yoga room. it is hanging out in my garage and when my husband came home he could not believe the smell. I hope it airs out soon so i can use it! You'd think a yoga mat of all things would not come with a pungent odor of a plastics factory.

Only draw back is I was unable to use it for about two weeks because of a terrible smell that arrived with it. It gave me such a headache and made my apartment stink so bad. I had to have it in a separate room with the window cracked. Other than that, it's awesome. I can finally use it because it no longer smells and I love it.
