Towel Or Mat

I teach Aqua yoga and tried multiple types of mats that would not b slippery as I go in and out of the pool. This works perfect and is easily washed. I also use another one I purchased when I travel, lightweight and easy to pack!

Excellent Product!

I use my non-slip yoga towel in my hot yoga/bikram classes on top of my mat, and it works wonders. I own four, they last a long time, dry quickly and clean up easily. Note: I DO NOT dry these in the dryer, I find that using a natural soap in the washer in cold water and then air drying keeps them in tact and grippy. For those who have had issues with slippage after a couple of uses, I would suggest changing the way you care for these towels. I love this product, highly recommend.

I received one of these as a gift and literally wore it out in several years of hot yoga classes. I actually use this as a mat with a towel on top (I tend to perspire heavily in 100+ temps)

Best Hot Yoga Towel Ever!

I practice vinyasa flow hot yoga 3-4x a week and this is the only towel I will use on top of my mat! I sweat profusely and this towel does not move one bit. It also provides great traction on my sweaty hands and feet. Thanks Gaiam!!
