If I put it under my hips for supported bridge or supported shoulderstand, I sink so far down it feels like there's barely any bolster at all. It works fine as a bolster for a yoga twist or to put under my knees in savasana.

I am not sure I would buy this product again. I love the color and I love that I can take off the cover and wash it. However, the filling is pretty soft, squishy and uneven. Some bolsters seem better stuffed with the batting than others.

I use these at my yoga studio. The covers are removable and machine washable which is a must for studio use. Clients love them!

It is not supportive for yin and restorative yoga poses. In addition, bends in the middle. I will be returning them.

Great height and fabric, but no even distribution on the stuffing. Sent back. Was bummed.

I bought 2 so I had an extra for my yoga class. I will be buying more.

This is a smaller bolster than the ones my studio has, which works great for me, since I'm small framed. I find it supportive enough, not excessively firm and not too soft, which helps with my restorative practice. I prefer to bring my own props to class, for hygienic reasons, and this bolster's compact size and lightness makes it easy for me to do!

Very Soft! I look forward to starting my practice with such wonderful props%

I like the firmness of this bolster. The only thing I would change is to make it a little wider.

I read the reviews and sadly ignored that people had complained about the feel, shape, and size of these bolsters. I bought 10 of them for my private yoga company and am now stuck with them, as if I want to return them, I have to pay for shipping myself, which is the same cost as the bolsters... so basically I would be paying Gaiam to take my money and the products. Hugely, hugely dissatisfied with the entire experience.

This company is amazing. Easy to work with and I love their products especially the bolsters. So soft ad great for my yoga practice and my clients.

I use the bolster as part of my yoga and meditation practice. It has quickly become one of the essentials in my practice. The quality is excellent.

I keep this at home but take it to my class. Nice to have my own.

I bought a set of these for restorative yoga classes, but they are not very supportive. They don't have enough stuffing in them to make them really firm, making them more like pillows than bolsters.
