If I put it under my hips for supported bridge or supported shoulderstand, I sink so far down it feels like there's barely any bolster at all. It works fine as a bolster for a yoga twist or to put under my knees in savasana.

I am not sure I would buy this product again. I love the color and I love that I can take off the cover and wash it. However, the filling is pretty soft, squishy and uneven. Some bolsters seem better stuffed with the batting than others.

This is a smaller bolster than the ones my studio has, which works great for me, since I'm small framed. I find it supportive enough, not excessively firm and not too soft, which helps with my restorative practice. I bought 10 of them for my private yoga company and am now stuck with them, as if I want to return them, I have to pay for shipping myself, which is the same cost as the bolsters... so basically I would be paying Gaiam to take my money and the products. Hugely, hugely dissatisfied with the entire experience.
