I am completely satisfied with this item. It has helped to totally relive the pain in my thigh and quad muscles after lengthy cycling tours. It lso came with a DVD of many exercises to use with it, I am sure they are great as well. Have not had a chance to view the DVD yet. The price is right! Highly Recommend!

Muscle Therapy Foam Roller 36"
Works great! 36" is a good length for me I'm 5'4". I can get my entire core on the roller. However, did not like the DVD that came with it.
