Product Misrepresentation

Purchased the strong back stability ball "kit" at Natural Grocers. Box clearly stated the Kit came with a ball and 3 workout videos. As other reviewers have noted, no DVD in the packaging and instructions for digital download take you to the Gaiam site to purchase the kit. Can't help but feel this is either bad quality control or an intentional misrepresentation. Sent e-mail to customer service and it will be interesting to see if I get a response.

Hidden Information

No where online or on the box, does it give the size of the balance ball. I already have a 55 cm balance ball and thought that this was a 65 cm balance ball. That's why I returned it. This information should be listed somewhere online and definitely on the box. Also, there is no instructional DVD included in the package for the workouts. Instead you have to use the special online website address in order to use the workouts. This information should also have been provided online before I made the purchase. It's rather difficult to work out using my computer. Didn't Gaiam used to provided instructional DVDs with all of their workouts? Very disappointing. I feel like you purposefully hid this from the buyer. I remember buying products from Gaiam in the past, and they provided buyers with the necessary information to make informed decisions about whether or not to purchase your items.

I teach Pilates using the ball and I'm always looking for good quality, high value balls to use and recommend. For the brief time I've had it, this ball is among the best I've used. Good texture, good weight, easy to fill - a very solid purchase. Can't speak to long term durability, but it appears that it will stand the test of time.

Great quality product. Just as described. I was able to hand pump it right out of the box without too much effort. Some may prefer a bike tire pump or other device for initial inflation. I did exactly as the instructions said about inflating for the first time, then deflating part way and re-inflating after 24 hrs. The quality of the material is very good. I'm 5"6" and got the M 65cm. Good fit for my size. There are three great free videos you can download and keep forever to show you how to perform various sets of exercises with the ball. In a nut shell...great product, great value!
