It's very difficult to use. You have to move your whole body with your arms to get your calves or thighs or butt or lower back. But the physical therapy itself is effective once you make the effort. Warning: there is risk of more injury.

A Must Have!
I purchased this foam roller to take with me to backpack the Grand Canyon. I have pelvic and lower back problems. I would not have been able to do this trip without it! It even got used by other campers who saw that I had this :)) I am a structural massage therapist who teaches my patients the heath benefits of myofascial release with foam roller and small ball release. This foam roller has become a must have to many of my patients!

Great Travel Size
I have a larger roller I bought from my physical therapist. I purchased this to use during a road trip for exercises stretching my back. I was pleased with it and my daughter will also use it to roll her thighs.

Love This Roller
I just got this roller and I absolutely love it. I've been using it for my hips and it works them out more than I'm able to do with just stretching. I can't wait to see what it can do for my back!
