Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for me. I have a latex allergy. There is no latex in the balls. I broke my thumb tip and had a buckle fracture at the base of the thumb alongside a fractured wrist directly beneath the thumb fracture. After 6 weeks of total immobilization I couldn't even open a door or drink from a water bottle. My doctor told me in advance to get something like a hacky sack or stress ball because I will not have any strength in that hand. He was right, however, I found the Hand Therapy Kit and bought it. I waited another 2 weeks to get my cast off. The first day, it was funny, I could hold it and that's about it. Now I can squeeze whole hand (1 week). Soon I hope to be able to do isolated fingers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Variety I keep these on my desk and use to give my hands a stretch. Good therapy and the three densities are a very good choice. I would recommend for an easy non-obtrusive way to help your hands!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clever product Bought this immediately after carpal tunnel surgery and use it everyday as part of my physical therapy. Having the soft, medium and firm eliminates the need for searching for three different products

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun to use! I'm someone who can't open a jar. I've been using the therapy balls and my hands have strengthened. Soon I'll be ready for the next ball.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for relieving stiffness and pain I'm in the second year of my career as a graphic designer, sitting at my desk clicking my mouse all day, and I was experiencing some pretty bad stiffness and pain in my index finger on my mouse hand. After a week of using this hand therapy kit a few times a day, it's helped ease a lot of tension in my hand. I wish these came with a carrying case, bag, or sleeve, so I could easily take them home from the office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very helpful The hand therapy balls helped me realize just how much I had been abusing my hands. At first, even the softest ball was difficult to use. As I kept practicing, I realized that the ulnar pain was lessening and the pinched nerves in my neck weren't getting fired up as much. The headaches the pinched nerves cause are not nearly as severe as they can get, either. May actually be an alternative to surgery according to my physiatrist as long as I keep showing measurable improvement.
