Rated 2 out of 5 by from Feels like a prickly brick- how is it inflatable? I love stillpoint therapy and I enjoy getting to sleep with one of those "bed of nails" mats, so this looked perfect for me. It felt like a brick. The information sheet was not included and the download link on the package was wrong. I finally found the discussion with a different link. Worse yet neither the useless video nor the pdf sheet discussed inflatability, mentioned in the description which might have made it softer, although it feels brick solid. How do you tell if the water is 110 degrees (boiling is 212) without a thermometer? Way too heavy for travel. The video should demonstrate heating, cooling, deflating and which way the curve goes and the pdf sheet should discuss it as well..

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hmmmmm... Wow. Kind of a let down. I agree with the other reviewers. Where's the instruction sheet!!!!! I know, I know--follow the link that's provided. Well.....the link is pretty useless!!! "Put item on floor, lie down, voila!!!" uh, I coulda figured that out!!! I was sort of hoping there might be some...oh...helpful hints for different ways to use this item, like for pain in different areas of the neck, different types of headaches, -- ? NOPE!!! Gaiam. you are usually in touch with the healing community, but this time...not so sure....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from looked good but I am confused I had to read the reviews to find the correct website for the instructions. Can't believe it's not in the package. And I don't understand what the inflator is for. Is it supposed to be inflated to be bigger or harder? Is it supposed to deflate for storage? Why wouldn't they just print the instructions on the cardboard it comes in? Crazy that the manufacturer went this way. Poor product planning. and once I tried it I was very uncomfortable. Maybe I'm not doing it right? Very disappointed and now that I took it out of the package I can't return it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's a great idea! I agree with all the reviewers who complained about the lack of printed instructions! Why can't you make it easier for your customers by including the instructions IN THE BOX??? Or...having a LINK to get to the printable pdf? I typed in all of that line that you included in your answer to several reviewers....did not work. The really confounding thing is...I also purchased a stretch and massage kit at the same time. It included a Setup,Workout Tips and Care & Safety Guide...and a PICTURE GUIDE! IN THE BOX!!! You provide great products...please give us great customer care and service! My star rating and recommendation is based on the lack of instructions far...impossibility of getting them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! I have been suffering with severe neck pain and headaches for a year and 1/2. I saw this at my local drug store accidentally. And bought it. Although I think it is silly to not just put a pic of the heating and cooling methods on the box... And no idea why you didn't if you want people to buy this!?! (No one wants to screw with researching to use a simple product. Total turn off!!) I would hope that common sense is enough to figure this out! Lol It is not complicated by any stretch. I must say I am thrilled with my purchase! Finally I got a little sleep! And after just one night of sleeping using it. My neck is not hurting as bad. I love this thing! And highly recommend it! I was using a frozen water bottle. However this far exceeds the success of that. Love this thing!!! :) Thank You for this product! Finally a little relief! I can't wait to see if it gets rid of the pain completely.. Fingers crossed! ;)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for knots at the back of the neck I suffer from knots and pain in my suboccipital muscles, at the base of my skull, from a car accident I had a number of years ago. And when the knot gets really bad, laying on this neck cradle and rocking my head from side to side really helps. I use it facing both directions depending on where the knot is my neck. This is a great tool to have it home for those times when you can't get a massage but need relief!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from where is the care and safety sheet? it's intuitive: lie down, put neck on cradle, then relax. but packaging is misleading without access to 'downloadable care & safety sheet' access. please address!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I bought two I bought a second neck cradle after using my first one and loving it. Very effective for me for reducing my neck and shoulder pain. The problem arose when I bought my second one figuring I would keep one at all times in the fridge. Same store same Gaiam Neck Cradle product. But the second one is critically firmer and not as useful. I've pulled air out with the included air needle sufficiently to even pucker the device hoping to reduce its rigidity--yet still it is too firm. Baffled.
