Nice Addition To My Golf Bag

I have used this about three times. The accuracy has been very good. I have tested it against our gps system on our carts. The only thing is I have trouble locating and adding the information for pin placement. I am glad I purchased it.

Just What I Needed

I have used the Approach G12 for five rounds now and I have found it to be reliable. It is obviously not going to give you the distance to the pin, but considering that I just want to hit the ball to certain places on the green, it is perfect. I have found that I actually play better with the yardages (front, middle, and back of the green) it provides than I do with the exact distance to the pin.

I love it easy to use plus haven't had one problem with it

Great Size

Had one before but left it at course and it was never turned in. Replaced it with the same model. Nice compact size with nice sized face

Approach G12

I have had the G12 for one month now. Played at least 5 times with 2 friends that have Bushnellrange finders. The G12 is as accurate as their's. The reason I bought the Garmin was because the 3 Bushnells I had before did not last more than one season. I was unable to charge them The price was the same, but size was smaller than the Bushnell's. I carry it in my pocket so that works fine for me

Great Gizmo.

Love my Garmin Approach 12. It gives me the distance to the front, middle and back of the green. It doesn’t help my shots much, but it’s great to know the distance that I am supposed to hit the ball.

Easy To Use Real Happy

It took about 10 minutes to go through the set up process and it was up and running. Have only used it 2 times but it is accurate, easy to read. It took 3 minutes for it to down load the course and start the round. Great so far for the value.

Great Features

I am very pleased with the additional features. I did not realize with the app that more was available. The graphics are superb with colors that are vibrant.

I like the fact that it gives you front middle and back yardages

I had a Garmin s10 watch and enjoyed it so upgraded and love it so easy to use.

Accuracy Concerns

I have 2 Approach G12s (mine and my wife's) and an Approach G30. All 3 record different distances from the same location. My wife's G12 is about 5 yards longer than the Approach G30 which is about 5 yards longer than my G12. For us casual golfers this is not a big deal. For somebody with more dialed in yardages on their clubs it will make a difference.

Nice Little Gps To Keep Things Simple

Great GPS device, accurate and keeps things simple. I don't like using range finders and a GPS gives me all the data I need. Highly recommend if you don't like a range finder and don't want to use your phone.
