Good Watch But

I mean the watch is accurate, nice and holds a nice charge. Im replacing a bishnell ion elite that i burned in a car heart. While its easier to use than the bushnell.and does more than just golf. I only want a golf watch. I would rather not have biking running and all the other crap because that is what is to me and have maps that show distance that i dont to pay extra for. Why do this to me garmin. I had to buy a tabler because i refuse to pay a monthly fee. Great watch. Buy the one that cosr more. Playing in new places maps with distance is veey handy.

Good Basic Golf Watch.

I'm on my second one. First one was fine the first time I used it, then second round had a mind of its own. Kudos to Golf Galaxy for a trouble free exchange. I'm still on the fence. It does a decent job of tracking club distances. But, I find it distracting to choose your club after every shot from the watch face. I imagine the sensors would mitigate that issue, but I'm not willing to drop another $300 to get that feature. I did have it freeze on one round. It is convenient to glance at your wrist to get yardages. FWIW, it was consistent with the GPS in the cart, but off a few yards from my Bushnell rangefinder (which is great) just don't get it wet. I use my Apple watch for fitness activities, but the S44 has tracking but this is not the watch for more serious activity tracking. It is slim and fits my girlie type wrists well. There is some wash out in bright light but still legible. If you need something that gives you decent yardages, conveniently, then this is your watch. I have Garmin cycling products and have been very happy with what they make.

Great Watch.

Everything about it is great, except the move wrist to activate, seldom works. Otherwise it’s great with long battery life.

Bang For The Buck

I was going to buy a range finder and stumbled across this watch. For the money, I don't know how you beat it. Love the score keeping function, the GPS yardage is relatively accurate (at my skill level it more than suffices). Plus it looks great and is super comfortable. Garmin did a great job.
