I've had the S62 for the past couple of years. There's things that I like about the S70, for sure. But I really don't like the one feature about the S70 (I think the S62 was better). When I've completed a hole, the S62 had you enter the number of strokes, number of putts, and number of penalty strokes. The S70 has added another screen to indicate if I'd hit the fairway or missed to the left or right. I don't like this extra screen on the S70. I own the CT10 sensors so I already get this information logged automatically. This seems like a waste of time to have to enter this information each time I've finished a hole. If there's a way to disable this screen then I'd be all over that.

Some Positive And Some Negative
I like the Find my phone option. Don’t like the scoring process. When I get a text on my phone I don’t on my watch even though the setting is accurate. I prefer my old S62 but they discontinued it.

Looks Great...but Lacking Functionality
I was excited to use this product to track my shots and for the virtual caddie feature. This feature has you create your exact bag of clubs in the app. So when you swing your club, it will ask you what you used and you should be able to select your clubs, versus the default every club that is in there. This function has never worked for me, and has resulted in a number of troubleshooting sessions with support and even a replacement device which is still having the same issues. The issue is that when I swing my 7 wood and the default clubs show up instead of mine, I am unable to select the correct wood. That means that the watch will always suggest an incorrect club for me based on my driving history. Additionally the watch has struggled to find courses that im playing even though they are extremely popular and established courses. Often time the watch will reset the map the moment I begin to play a course which means I have to restart the round. Oh and dont get me started on the software upgrade process. It is ridiculously complicated in an era of smart wearables. Who still uses a cable to upgrade software? Garmin does.

Game Changer!
I bought this watch on a recommendation from a friend (and much better golfer) due to its versatility of not only being a golf oriented watch, but replacing all the smart watch features that my Galaxy watch provided. This thing does that and then some. I have much to learn with all the new golf features, but my first round using it absolutely played a part in my round being as good as it was. I will say if you're a bigger guy like me the standard band is a little short, but the Quickshot 22s Garmin provides on their site for their dive watches are compatible with this if you need a longer band like myself.

Nice
I have only had this two weeks but I am very happy with the features. My only issue is the band is so small I can barely get it hooked.
