I have had this Fenix 6 for over five years. It has never delivered like they said it would. Constant connection issues. This is at least the Fourth time I have had to re-register the device. It does a terrible job of tracking distance, sleep, heart rate, and temperature. The battery life is unpredictable. You also have to download multiple apps for one watch to function. It does not work well with Google. And they are constantly trying to get more information out of you, it's gross. I would not recommend Garmin watches.

Fenix 6s Sapphire
Comfortable and stylish for everyday use. Multiple layouts for a custom/unique feel. Easy to navigate between options. Easy connection with other Garmin products. Yardage is accurate for golf. Location for hiking, trails, exercise is spot on. Not a touchscreen, but the glass is durable. It has stood up to years of abuse (work, hikes, sports, exercise, etc). There are cheaper options, but this is a great watch for anyone who enjoys multiple activities. The battery life depends on many factors, but overall does well and only needs charged once other twice a week.

It’s a nice enough watch but it’s not at all intuitive to use. It doesn’t come with an instruction manual, and the one I found online isn’t very helpful. It also constantly unpairs itself with my WiFi and stops tracking my stats. It’s difficult to use while running when I want to use my map and change the song I’m listening to. When I click away from the map it stops tracking my run.

Best Fenix Ever
Gosh, I really feel like I won with this watch, even writing this review a few years later. I've played around with the Fenix 7 (awful) and the Fenix 8 (it's ok, seems like they fixed a few of the problems with the 7), but I'd still pick my 6 any day. The single-band GPS is less accurate, though, so if that's super important to you, you might consider one of the newer watches. I like that this watch still feels like a mountain tool, not like a wrist-mounted iPhone. The only bigger concern I have is battery life -- it will say I have 25 hours of run activity on a full charge, for example, but in reality it's more like 15 (yes, I've tested), but you CAN charge without pausing the activity, so if you're running slow enough it's no big deal :p

Problem Watch| Garmin Fenix 6s Solar
I thought I was getting a deal when I purchased this watch. I did have a small win, however, there are many losses. For some random reason the blue tooth function stops working. This requires me to re-install the watch. I’ve currently owned this watch for over 2 years. The solar function hasn’t worked the entire time I’ve had the phone. The good news, the wrist heart rate function appears to work well. If the watch wasn’t so expensive, I would buy another one. Totally have mixed feelings about this watch.
