Outstanding in every way , great battery life , comfortable for 24/7 wear , big screen easy to read and mip is outstanding outside on trail to see data / maps

Amazing Update To The Fenix 6

I bought this a month ago and I’m so happy I did every feature of it is better than the five year or six-year-old watch through Garmin that I had. The Fenix 8 is such an upgrade from the Fenix 6 That I had.

Great Watch

I absolutely love this watch, the battery life is exceptional and the way in integrates with my inreach mini 3 plus adds more functionality and makes for a setup i can trust while out in the backcountry..

Non Athlete Here

I not even the closest to athleticism. I don’t work out, I maybe go out on a walk a few times a week with the wife and kids. I’m just a gamer who loves technology. This watch has left me speechless. I don’t need to be an athlete or run triathlons for a living to enjoy the features of this watch. I’ve worn it everyday since I bought it. The battery life is amazing, I’ve used the flashlight more times than I can count, and it’s just visually appealing. I’m happy with my purchase and I’ll gladly pay the money for this adventure watch that I love so much.

Outstanding Piece

I received my Fenix 8 51 Solar, about two months ago. I'm extremely satisfied with the piece. The data it provides is timely, and very helpful for both my fitness and health monitoring.

Great Watch, Excellent Features, But

Bought it in June of 25, great watch, upgraded from a 6X pro. Only downside is the metronome does not work, it hasn't worked for years on the fēnix, I would just wish they would spend more time fixing known issues.

Won’t Connect To Garmin Connect On Iphone

Have had this watch for a few months now. It was connecting to my iPhone 14 but won’t connect to my iPhone 17. My phone does not see it. Also, the activities are much harder to locate than on my Fenix 7.

Love The New Features, Especially Rucking

I'm loving all the little improvements going from the 6x to the 8. I particularly appreciate the native rucking activity and pack weight addition for running and walking.

Amazing Watch!

I was debating on an upgrade for months and finally decided to by the Fenix 8 Solar 51mm. My previous watch was the Fenix 6 Sapphire. I love this watch and the many features that it has. It’s way more watch than I will ever need. I wear it everyday but bought it primarily for back country hiking and backpacking. It pairs perfectly with my Garmin In Reach and I can use my downloaded maps from AllTrails. No more having to pull my phone out to check where I am.

I’ve now had the watch for about a month. I really like it and it was very easy and straight forward to setup. I haven’t found it as easy to navigate the menus and the owners manual is 200+ pages and sometimes difficult to find the right spot. But, I’m glad I got it and as I become more familiar with it I’m sure I will enjoy and benefit even more.
