Great Trolling Motor

A month in and love it. It took a little bit to get the calibrations right (my own fault) but working now. Only reason for four stars is not impressed with the steering when using remote. Kinda hesitant and noisy compared to foot pedal use. Still better than my minn kota. Waiting for new update to see if it helps. Problem may be my fault as the first update didn’t go real smooth. Overall the best trolling motor I’ve used.

I’ve Had Two Force Trolling Motors! Awesome!

I sold my MinnKota Ultrex and bought my first Force trolling motor. It rocked. Far more powerful, with 20 power settings instead of 10. The SpotLock was good not great, it needed tweaking. I ran into a wooden post while trailering and tore the head clean off! Sad moment. So… bought a second one! The spot lock is perfect! The autopilot is wonderful, use it all the time! I never have to lift my motor up to clean off vegetation like I did with my minnKota. It cuts right through it! I love my Force. It links to my Garmin 126 and the remote is a breeze to operate. I won’t buy anything else.

Just got it put on a couple weeks ago only had it on the water once mainly, just setting everything up older gentleman so takes me a while to get used to all these electronics. Give you an update later.
