Better Than Apple Watch

So far so good. I bought this to replace my Apple Watch series 10 and so far like the Garmin much better!

So Disappointed

Sadly I had lots of issues with everything: logging my miles, clearing the data, watch faces, turning it off.-so I returned it.

Received incentive

Perfect For Running And For The Office

Bought this as something I can wear to work and also do long runs with without worrying about the battery life. I can go days without charging even when I’ve been utilizing it for running and other activities. I would recommend this for someone who wants a watch that doesn’t have a whole lot of extra features but meets the intent of recording activities and having a long battery life.

MHex

Don't really like it. It's hard to set up and operate Fields you need don't work.

Great My Reloj

Excelente producto porque te ayuda a conocer las diferentes áreas del runing.

Needs Improvement.

I purchased the Forerunner 55 after my Forerunner 45 was showing signs of needing to be replaced. After I was able to delete the training segment on the watch, I am happier with the watch. When I chose running as the activity, I didn't like the countdown and not being able to see the distance, elapsed time and pace as I was running and walking. I couldn't find anything in the manual to tell how to get rid of the training segment. I finally figured out myself.

Durable, Functional, And Easy To Use

I have had this watch for almost 5 years. It's extremely easy to use, durable, and functional. GPS is extremely accurate and it still holds a charge for a couple of days depending on my activity levels. The 4 out of 5 stars is due to the fact that I have to manually add all of the data for rowing. Also, there is no way to add exercises to a manual addition of strength moves, and the list is limited. I would give it an actual 4-1/2 stars out of 5. Overall, it's a great watch for the money.

Great Features But Watchface Needs Imprv

So far I like my new garmin watch. Only 4 stars because the watch face colors and crispness are not as good as the amazafit.

An Older Forerunner 55 User.

I've had a Forerunner 55 for a long time. The original one I had recently needed charging twice a week or so. Garmin sold me a reconditioned one to replace it. I don't recall why I bought the 1st one, but I recently depend on mine to monitor my heart rate because I have started having asymptomatic arrhythmia. I am nearly 80 years old. Being able to check on my heart rate at a glance is REALLY useful to me.

Easy To Use! But Just One Problem!

I bought this and I was really excited overall this watch has been great!!! My one regret is that it can't connect to my lap top! And my phone is a Samsung! What would make it so much easier to use is if y'all made the Garmin Connect app available to use on a Laptop, chrome book, computer, and etc.

Too Complex For A Boomer

I actually prefer my old Forerunner, which seemed much ssimpler. Perhaps if Garmin supplied initial instructions that were written in non-geek speak, I'd have caught on to this one more quickly. Eventually I did find the controls for the only 2 things I need -- the time, and how many steps I have in the bank. But this watch (and for all I know, all of them)has so many combinations and permutations: if you start pressing the buttons you can get hopelessly lost and there doesn't seem to be any one button that will take you back to "home" or the like, where you can start over.Mywatch came with an odd version of the time, but I managed to customize the face to a more ordinary digital print.

Perfect Low End

After a lifelong Garmin user, I left my MARQ Athlete. Ready to wear regular watches, but wanted a Garmin for runs, the 55 is perfect, low price point and has the basics!

Sree

Good entry level watch. Covers running swimming and bike.

Great For Beginners And Getting The Basic Insights

I bought this a few weeks ago and it’s become a staple in my day to day. I think this is great for beginner runners who also have an interest in health and fitness tracking without the data overload.

Not Worth Money

I bought this about a month ago. It doesn’t Bluetooth to my apple 16 iPhone. Have had apple try att try nothing works. Wasted money. Love garmin when it works but this was a big mistake.
