Not As Good As I'd Hoped

Was hoping that the Garmin 55 would be improved accuracy over my old 225 but it seems to be inconsistant with itself (and previous watches) and dispite having a Track setting (which the 225 didn't) it seems to be as inaccurate or worse in tracking distance. Also the numbers on the watch face are more difficult to read, thinner fonts and the use of color for the right side of the Daytime or stopwatch time makes those digits hard to read. Making the watch smaller didn't make it better. I would be happier with the same size as the 225 or 620 and have easier to read numbers. It may have more features but they aren't things that I need on a run to run basis. If my 225 would sync to the computer like it used to, I would keep using it until it died.

Some Good Features

To a degree I am okay with it. It has no touch screen like my old Garmin, but it does track my steps.

Vivoactive 6 Better.

I returned it for a Vivoactive 6 which I love. It’s easy to use and read.

I Love The Track Setting

I got this watch about a year ago and i love that I got it

Good Enough

I like it but I don't love it. It malfunctioned the other day and I didn't understand how to fix it. I wanted something simple and this is more complex than I need.

Love Looking At The Maps After My Run/walk

9 OUTTA 10,,,,,but i wish it came with a wwwaaayyy better instruction book...im still accidently getting a bunch of different things on my watch face that i dont want and not finding ones i do want

Exchange Forerunner For Forerunner

Quick prompt and clear instructions and options offered to my question. I got a like new device in return for a great price. I hope my old watch is refurbished and serves someone else well down the line. Thanks!

It Is A Great Watch And I Love It. Glad Got It.

It is a great watch and I love it. I am glad that i got it.

Doesn’t Work For Long

I got this watch for my birthday and everything was working fine but all of a sudden the heart rate and body battery do not work no matter what I’ve tried. Ive tried emailing them but never got a response. The main reason I got this watch was for heart rate so I’m very dissatisfied.

Better Than Apple Watch

So far so good. I bought this to replace my Apple Watch series 10 and so far like the Garmin much better!

So Disappointed

Sadly I had lots of issues with everything: logging my miles, clearing the data, watch faces, turning it off.-so I returned it.

Received incentive

Perfect For Running And For The Office

Bought this as something I can wear to work and also do long runs with without worrying about the battery life. I can go days without charging even when I’ve been utilizing it for running and other activities. I would recommend this for someone who wants a watch that doesn’t have a whole lot of extra features but meets the intent of recording activities and having a long battery life.

MHex

Don't really like it. It's hard to set up and operate Fields you need don't work.

Great My Reloj

Excelente producto porque te ayuda a conocer las diferentes áreas del runing.

Needs Improvement.

I purchased the Forerunner 55 after my Forerunner 45 was showing signs of needing to be replaced. After I was able to delete the training segment on the watch, I am happier with the watch. When I chose running as the activity, I didn't like the countdown and not being able to see the distance, elapsed time and pace as I was running and walking. I couldn't find anything in the manual to tell how to get rid of the training segment. I finally figured out myself.
