Works Exactly As Advertised!

We bought this 3 weeks ago for communicating while offshore. It works as advertised. Very happy with this product so far.

Small And Full Of Features

Couldn't be happier, this device is full of great features!

Device Is Good But Sharing And Communication With

The device is good and small and quick. But wow Garmin has miles to go when it comes to UI. People can’t email or text me in a normal way. The live share service would be a good solution but people can only see your location and not contact you. The Map function works for world adventurers but my mother can’t figure out how or when to use it. Garmin needs to find a way to make my phone number my central place fo people to contact me. They should treat the device as both a modem fo text and a self contained texting and location device.

Better Than I Thought

Thought it would be nice tool in the toolbox. But well thought out and preloaded messages make it easy on the device. The phone app is super. But like having the ability to use easily if phone is down
